What are the entrance requirements?
If you are under 23 years of age you will need a Matriculation exemption. If you are between 23 and 39 years of age, a Matriculation without exemption is required, and if 40 years of age or over, no Matriculation is necessary. If you are under 40 and you do not have a Matriculation certificate, kindly contact the Registrar so that special arrangements can be made. Suitable proof of any existing qualifications that constitute the entrance requirements for the course for which you are enrolling will be required.
Do I get credits for previous studies?
If you have completed a non-theological degree/diploma you will receive credit for the first module in the certificate level.
If you have completed studies with a registered institution in the area of biblical studies and theology, you will be considered for credits on those subjects provided we have a corresponding subject in our curriculum.
When can I register?
We do not have a registration deadline. Registrations are accepted all year round.
How do I register?
See the relevant course to obtain a registration form.
Where do I send the registrations forms?
Please see the relevant application forms for details.
Can I register at your offices?
Yes. Preferably by appointment between 8.00am and 2.00pm.
Why do the non-accredited program?
1. It is less expensive.
2. There are no written examinations.
3. Beneficial to students who want the information but not necessarily the qualification.

Most important: These courses may not be transferred to the Accredited Studies in Theology. It is important therefore that a student considering the non-accredited course should be absolutely sure that this is the route they want to pursue.
How do I go about writing the tests?
You choose an invigilator/mentor who oversees the writing of the test. The test is e-mailed to your mentor from the ITCC offices; they supervise the test; then sign it off and post it back to ITCC.
Can I do more than one subject at a time?
We do not recommend this. Experience has shown that students benefit by focussing on one subject at a time.
Can I start with the Diploma level?
No. You must first complete all the subjects on the Certificate level before continuing onto Diploma level.
Do I need to buy extra textbooks?
No extra textbooks are required on the Certificate level. Once you move on to the Diploma level you can purchase a "Reader" which contains all the necessary articles from the various textbooks. This will alleviate high costs.
Where can I get help with the assignments should I need assistance?
Our tutors/markers are available to all students via e-mail or telephone. Students are welcome to contact the ITCC office. Our staff will connect you with the best person to answer your query.

Can I pay online?
Yes, we have a payment gateway on the Internet where you can make payment from anywhere in the world via credit/debit card. The ITCC offices will arrange this for you when you enrol.
